So strong and so raw with innocence and emotion.

I've never read TREE, and I need to. Be interesting to see if my quiz result changes afterwards... :)Anita Grace Howardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01797870961916148616noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6565819901347496346.post-31798540104184356592012-01-09T18:23:26.699-08:002012-01-09T18:23:26.699-08:00I have not read A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, but this...I have not read A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, but this makes me want to! Haven't done that in decades. I'll have to do it again. I vote Francie. My favorite thing in that book is that her mom reads a page from Shakespeare and the Bible every day. I'm trying to weave in more classics this year as well. Brave New World and Lord of the Flies are first on my list.Leslie S. I recently re-read "Tree..." & wasn't as in love with it as I used to be. I don't think Smith is that good a writer (oy, "Joy in the Morning").Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13771627523501897446noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6565819901347496346.post-8567025354051479042012-01-05T12:43:15.593-08:002012-01-05T12:43:15.593-08:00Thanks, Emma!
